Pixel - 6 Through 8

As Design Director of Google Pixel, I led the brand on it's continued target of growth in brand awareness, where across a two year period it went from 7th to 3rd most popular phone in Europe. I played a role with many hats, crafting both design and art direction in static, digital and motion assets. I oversaw and led the creation of 5 launches of the Pixel phone creating large-scale fame-driving OOH up and down the country.
With the launch of the Pixel 6 I created visual rules and aesthetics that become the bench mark we measured the next two years of launches against. A platform that allowed us to build continuty for an unknown brand, building awarenss amoungst new consumers and not just loyal Android fans.
This page shows the consitentcy of work shown across a 2 year period in reverse. We first see the the campaign launch of the Pixel 8 which I oversaw from a brand consistency view, but we dive deeper into the 7A, 7 6A and 6 launches where I set the direction across design, motion and visual tone that was rolled out on mass local campaigns.
